My journey has been anything but conventional.
I came to the U.S. in 2012 with an entrepreneurial mindset, determined to carve my own path. I’ve always been fascinated by the power of the mind—whether in business, leadership, or personal growth. That led me to where I am today, running Lucid Lev, where I work with C-level, senior leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs to embrace internal empowerment and experience the ripple effect it has on their lives and organizations.
Before launching Lucid Lev, I was the Chief Administrative Officer of a biotech startup, leading Operations, HR, and Finance. I had the opportunity to help scale the company from seed to Series B, raising $40M in funding, which was an incredible journey of growth and resilience.
Through that experience, I saw firsthand how much a leadership mindset impacts success. It’s not just about strategy or execution—it’s about presence and engagement that leaders bring to the table, which creates trust, clarity, and adaptable teams that drive real results. That realization became the foundation of my work today.
But my journey didn’t start in the corporate world. I have a master’s in Psychodrama, where I explored how “drama”—or action-based therapy—is a powerful tool for subconscious therapeutic work. When people are physically doing something, they gain deeper insights than they could through words alone. This also contributes to my coaching practices.
And then there’s my creative side. During COVID, I channeled that passion into storytelling by creating, producing, directing, and acting in Digital Affairs, an award-winning web series that explored modern relationships in a digital world. It was a powerful reminder that storytelling—like leadership—is about understanding human nature, emotions, and the deeper layers of what drives us.
Looking back, every step from diving into psychology and creativity, moving to the U.S., and leading a biotech startup has been about exploring my internal empowerment. That’s what I do today: I guide leaders to evolve, break limited beliefs, and accept their inner world, knowing that their growth directly impacts their lives.
